What To Watch Next: 50 Great non-Palme d’Or Winning Films

In an article from 1998, the film critic Peter Rist makes the argument that the most artistically innovative films rarely win prizes at festivals.  Although many others have made this argument, Rist has compiled a list in support of this proposition highlighting the truly great films that did not win Cannes’ Palme d’Or.  It is a pretty convincing list!  Take a look.

What To Wear Next: Modular Slippers from Mahabis
